Hosting Rise Against Hunger is a priority and a fulfillment of pouring out into the community through service. Unfortunately, our plan to pair the service time with the party afterwards needs to be adjusted.
We are moving Rise Against Hunger to November 16th, from 2-4pm to better fit the Rise Against Hunger team's capacity.

This fall, get ready to watch fork lifts come through the garage doors to drop massive boxes of rice and beans in the middle of our sanctuary. Throw on a hair net, get in an assembly line, listen to some good music, and help us package hundreds of meals for remote, last-mile communities within hunger pockets often over looked by global media and other INGOs. We have partnered with Rise Against Hunger  to pack 20,000 meals in our space. This event will lend a hand to people facing hunger across the globe.

If you haven't registered yet, you can do that below. If you registered for the previous date and can join us on November 16th — great, you're all set! If you can't make it on November 16th and you've already registered, just email Chelsey@downtownchurch.me so we can save your hairnet for another helper.
